No Greg, that's not what will happen if Judge Green has her way. First of all, this case deals with 54 specific detainees who are challenging their detention. Not 550.
Second, no one is proposing that all detainees be released instantaneously. The idea of this case and of the broader questions being addressed here is that the government cannot hold anyone it wants for however long it wants without presenting any evidence and without telling anyone who it is holding.
If they want to have hearings and say what the evidence is and set limits on how long they can hold detainees who haven't been charged or formally accused of anything, then that's a good start.
