Besides the stuff that I HAVE to do, there is a lot of stuff I WANT to do. I want to work on my cross stitch. I want to carefully paint the moldings in the blue room. I want to finish reading The Pelican Brief book. There's still quite a bit to do on each of those 3. My priority is the painting... but I only like to do that in the daylight, so that leaves weekends and maybe an hour when I get home from work. I am anxious to get that room situated, because my Aunt Sue, Uncle Bob and 2 cousins are spending a night here in a few weeks. Then my parents will visit the weekend following that. Our weekends are pretty booked for the next month or so.

- Black cat who loves toys, catnip, soft sleeping spots, and hides from new things unless Roger is OK with it first. She has no big fang teeth, so she can't bite, but she can still eat dry cat food. She meows a lot too.
Roger
- Roger is fat, orange and curious. He loves new things, mattresses and treats. He ignores cat toys, but likes playing hide and seek with you.

- Trip to Los Angeles, California. July 20 - 26. Visited Melinda and Rob's apartment. Saw Hollywood, LA, Dodgers Stadium, Venice Beach, Burbank. Drove along to coast north and then east to Uncle John and Aunt Mary's place. Stayed with them a day.
